Does were you wear your pants have anything to do with your intelligence? By Dr. Phillippe

Pants hanging as low as your knees, so far down you have do a duck walk
lets take a look at that fabulous fashion trend Sagging.
Most people of average intellect usually place their belt and wear their trousers or slightly above the hip or right around the hip. Normally they are hard working folk who for the most part finished school ( graduated) or at least spent time completing the majority of their school years getting a decent average (well at least most of them).
The extremely intelligent or Nerds are always depicted always wearing their pants quite high . When you think of this you usually think of brilliant Steven Urkel.
Albert Einstein might also come to mind. Brilliant people usually wear their beltline above the average beltline area.
Now lets get to the folks who wear it below the average belt and waistline.
Can we truly say they are below average intellect and could it be the lower the sag the lower the IQ or is there a IQ. Let's go indepth; they don't mind showing their underwear ......
not understanding that underwear means just that under your wear. Is there a intellect misconnection here?
Does the Sagging fashion statement have a intellect connection?
Is there a relationship between intellect and being embarrassed?
Well when average or smart people somehow show their underwear mistakenly they are embarassed. Can we say the same for the Sagging individual?
Does the Sagger have a achievement level ?
Well we know the average and the intelligent person have a hard work or close to it work ethic. Can we say the same for the Sagger?
In November the SSSandS (sagging society survey and study) will be out maybe will get some answers there.

Nagin strategy ?

We have heard the labels of Mr. Nagin before......
he's a business man not a politician......He puts his foot in his mouth.....He's wrong for New Orleans.........
all of the above might be true so lets sit back and view it from Mr. Rascals perspective.
Was this a intentional strategy ?
By saying strategy might give him a little to much credit but lets look further.
Nagin's Mr. Bush shout out actually got the federal governments Glutious Maximus
to rollin during the KatrinaVictimUronYourOwn Governmental Fiasco. Maybe without the King George shoutout he might not have come off of vacation. Strategy ummmmmm or did he stumble into it ?
Now lets go to the Chocolate City Strategy?
Was this statement really what got him elected? UMmmmmmmmmmm

Well you have to look at the ethnic group really enabled Raymond to win the Mayors office the first time.
Well it was predominantly white.
Now after Katrina the majority of that ethnic group left him like as mass evacuation from a major storm. Now was this his strategy or did he stumble into it. Well his re -election would not have happened without the following .... People not giving (perceived or not) black folks and opportunity to share in the planning and rebuild their own neighborhoods.
Who would you really go to if you really feel that folks really don't want you to return back to New Orleans? Right you go with someone who looks like you;( not always the best solution but it makes a lotta folks more comfortable) was this his
Chocolate City strategy or did he stumble into it.

Now lets go to his latest foot in the mouth statement or was it really a foot in the mouth.
New York can't fix a hole in the Ground.........Ummmmm
With New Orleans and the Gulf Coast becoming old news around the country how do you get attention . Well his hole in the ground statement got a whole lot of attention nationwide and a room full of New York journalist how many journalist do you think would show up without that statement? Was this Nagins strategy or did he stumble into it.

So whether or not you believe it was all a part of Nagins true strategy for the Presidential shoutout ,Chocolate City speech or the Hole in the ground statement the brother gets a lot of mileage and a lot of attention regardless whether it was his strategy or he stumbled into it.

Katrina Red Tape
Louisiana has been hit by quite a few devastating hurricanes where there has been a heavy toll on lost of life. The recovery of the Gulf Coast region as well as my beloved New Orleans are being victimized by a New Hurricane call Bureaucracy.
Hurricane Bureaucracy comes with 150 mile a hour strong and long winded politicians arguing about were the money should go preferably their own pockets.
Bureaucracy is responsible for Fema's slow pace . Fema red tape is holding much needed trailers in Arkansas from citizens who need a place to stay. The reasoning they give for not releasing the trailers is according to the rules they cannot deliver trailers to a flood zone.
If that's true wasn't 80% of New Orleans flooded and if that holds true why are there any
trailers there anyway.
Bureaucracy comes with Insurance companies who pay 30 year customers with wind damaged checks. Bureaucracy feeds its citizens misinformation diets so they will stay in limbo while greedy developers get ready for the latest E domain land rush.
Just think Hurricane Bureaucracy has a longer season and a whole lot more Victims.

My flag is bigger than your flag where men try to diminish another persons patriotism by purposely trying to discredit others identification of their flags value by swiftboating or stroking their flag to a larger size. It doesn't matter whether or not you are for the war or not ; you have no right to try to extinguish or redefine another's patriotic flame.
Having difficulty trying to understand a persons own definition of patriotism so uniquely their own. Throwing starspangled darts such as treason and traitor because a person attempts to speak their own allegiance to the flag only ignites another true adversary giving
them poisonous darts themselves. So regardless of were you stand in the worlds equation
because you are able to speak out is truly patriotic.
